March 16, 2013 - New York, NY, U.S. - Port Authority Police Emerald Society gets ready to march in the 252nd annual NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade. Thousands of marchers show their Irish pride, as they march up Fifth Avenue, and over a million people, often in green and orange, watch and celebrate. Those marching, many who wore kilts, uniforms, colorful costumes, sashes, included Bag and Pipe Bands; Irish dancers; fire, police, military, religious, educational, and social groups.
