Nor'easter already knocked out power to tens of thousands on Long Island, an area where over 170,000 were still without power since Hurricane Sandy hit. Nassau County Supervisor Mangano ordered a mandatory evacuation of everyone south of Sunrise Highway, and Long Island Railroad suspended service.
