March 16, 2013 - New York, NY, U.S. - 'Leprechaun' NOEL RYAN, an alumnus of Quinnipiac College, greets those in crowd at the 252nd annual NYC St. Patrick's Day Parade. Thousands of marchers show their Irish pride, as they march up Fifth Avenue, and over a million people, often in green and orange, watch and celebrate. Those marching, many who wore kilts, uniforms, colorful costumes, sashes, included Bag and Pipe Bands; Irish dancers; fire, police, military, religious, educational, and social groups. The snow that begaan to fall in Manhattan after the parade started didn't stop the celebrations.
