Macro of Queen Anne's Lace, or wild carrot, after blooming and withering into a bird's nest shape. Herb (Daucus Carota), with shallow depth of focus of front of umbel or inflorescence, or clusters, classified in the division Magnoliophyta , class Magnoliopsida, order Apiales, family Umbelliferae or Apiaceae. This biennial weed is a mild allergen, is used in medicine, is a souce of food for honey bees, and attracts butterflies.
